Open access journals are scholarly journals that are available online to the reader - without any limitations for download full text of all published articles. In an open access publication model, the publication costs of an article are paid from author's research budget or by supporting organization in the form of page-charge. These page-charges replace subscription charges and allow us  to make the fulltext of every published article freely available to all interested readers. At present, we publish papers free of charge for a limited period.
