About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The Journal of Advanced Studies in Topology is a peer-reviewed international journal, which publishes original research papers and survey articles on all aspects of topology and its applications. Topics in detail to be covered are Algebraic Topology, Homotopy Theory, Differential Topology, Low Dimensional Topology, Topology of Manifolds, Geometrical aspects of Mathematical Physics, and Relations with Manifold Topology, Fuzzy sets, and Fuzzy topology. General, Set-theoretic facets of topology as well as areas of interactions between topology and other mathematical disciplines, e.g. Topological Algebra, Topological Dynamics, Functional Analysis, and Category Theory. Since the roles of various aspects of topology continue to change, papers on non-specific topics are also welcome.
Section Policies
Original Articles
Should report novel data that lead to clear interpretations and are of high relevance. The following form should be used: Abstract (150: 250 words), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and List of references. Original articles should not exceed eight (8) printed pages including Figures, Tables, and References. Details are given in the Author guidelines.
Review Articles
Should give a comprehensive overview of recent developments in animal sciences. Authors are free to organize reviews in a way that fits best for their purposes. Nevertheless, we encourage the use of informative subheadings, as well as figures that illustrate the key conclusions. Moreover, authors are invited to include boxes with key questions and take-home messages. Review articles should not exceed thirty (30) printed pages including Figures, Tables, and References. Although we particularly encourage comprehensive reviews also shorter articles are welcome.
